VCRs are nearly obsolete! If yours breaks down you may be unable to replace it. We can transfer your special Videotapes and restore them with new life on DVD. We can even edit your old tapes, remove unwanted scenes or creatively combine photographs and music with the video tapes.

Other companies can transfer your old film or photos to video. Is East Coast Video different? YES! Every transfer is manually handled and continuously viewed during processing. We don't transfer mechanically because too many things can go wrong, such as poor focus, film breakage, blank spaces or sloppy workmanship. You don't want your priceless films mishandled!
Every film transfer includes custom designed background music that beautifully enhances your films.
We transfer your priceless film, photos and slides manually with special care
and treatment including synchronization to avoid film flicker, make adjustments
to color, photo resizing, film repairs if needed and custom digital editing. We add "custom music tracks" that are carefully chosen to compliment the specific mood or action that is showing on screen.

Transfer Prices:
Photo Transfer pricing is determined by the number of photos. Our
basic price is $95 for the first 25 photos, full editing and one custom song.
Each additional photo is $2.50. Additional custom songs are $10 each.
Slide Transfers include the first 50 slides and one song at the base price
of $95. Each additional slide is $1.25. Additional custom songs are $10 each.
Film Transfer is based on length and type of film you have. We will determine the number of feet of film before processing. Every transfer includes film repair if needed, full editing and custom music suited to the activity on screen. The music we choose will reflect the actual scene. We also include an opening title sequence, professional quality DVDs and custom DVD labeling.
$95 includes the first 200 feet of 8mm or Super8 film. 16mm is slightly more.
Each additional 50' segment is $15. (The small reels usually hold 50' of film)
Background Music is included with all film transfers at NO additional charge.
VHS Tape or Camcorder Tape transfers to DVD are based on tape length:
A DVD will hold up to 2 hours of video. A basic transfer of up to 2 hours in length is $24.95. Your DVD will include custom labeling and a DVD case.
Additional tapes can be transferred to a single DVD for an additional $8 each. We will fit as many tapes as we can onto a single DVD. Additional copies are priced at $14.95 or less, depending on the number of copies requested.
Complete custom video editing is also available for an additional charge.
