East Coast Video recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value the privacy of our Clients and appreciate your trust in us. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former Clients who purchase and/or use our products or services. East Coast Video commits to follow the controlling Federal and state laws respecting Subscriber privacy and data access. East Coast Video will not provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or other personally identifiable information on any Subscriber to any third party without prior permission from that Subscriber, or as required under an appropriate court or administrative directive, including a facially valid subpoena, or as necessary to render the Service. East Coast Video may provide aggregate data on Subscribers to third parties in the operation of East Coast Video's normal business.
If East Coast Video is contracted through a Production Agreement to provide videography or editing services and a deposit/retainer is accepted for the purpose of reserving an event date or to begin an editing project, any deposit/retainer is considered non-refundable if cancellation of the Agreement is requested by the Client for any reason. In the event that East Coast Video is unable to comply with the outlined terms of the Agreement for any reason, liability
is limited to the refund of any deposit/retainer or other funds previously received.
Any media delivered to the Client that is determined to be defective will be replaced by East Coast Video. |
